New Years Journal Prompts

I love spending a little time around New Years journaling and reflecting on what I’d like to do in the upcoming year.

I’m not usually one for setting big New Years resolutions. I prefer writing down a few goals for the year, or sometimes even setting a theme for the year through one word or statement to try and carry through the entire year with focus.

The last few years I haven’t been very good about writing down my goals and thoughts for the year, but I recently pulled out one of my old journals and found a great set of journal prompts that I’d love to share with you.

You can use these journal prompts to think about and write out your thoughts, goals, and intentions for the New Year. Having a set of guided questions can help bring clarity and focus to the thoughts that swirl through my head while journaling.

I don’t know where I originally found these, as I had written them down in my journal almost 10 years ago, so if you know the original source, please let me know!!

Do you do any New Year journaling? I’d love to hear your ideas on putting pen to paper at New Years!
