An easy breezy summer breakfast of mixed fruits including mangoes, blueberries, blackberries, and pineapple over yogurt. Simple and delicious – an easy no-cook breakfast!
1/2 to 1 cup plain greek or regular yogurt
1/2 cup total of:
- Add 1/2 to 1 cup of yogurt to a bowl
- Add about 1/2 cup mixed summer fruits over the yogurt
Optional: add some chia seeds or nuts to the bowl for extra crunch and flavor. About 1-2 tbsp would be just enough!
