- 1 package hummus (about 10 ounces)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (low fat or non-fat)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2–3 green onions, sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2–3 roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- sliced black olives
- In a shallow dish, layer each ingredient beginning with hummus, and ending with olives.
- Serve with pita, or pita chips.
Can keep in the refrigerator up to 1-2 days.
