Hi, I’m Brooke. I love food and I love sharing recipes because good food shared with those you love is what makes life wonderful, don’t you think? I have been known to do a “yummy food happy dance” when eating something tasty, which is even better when I’m sharing that meal or snack with someone else too.
Simple food that’s not too fussy is where it’s at for me, because who has time to make things more complicated than they need to be? Not me, that’s for sure. I’m channeling the Jessie Spano in all of us when I say, there’s no time…there’s never any time!
What there is always time for is food that is tasty, food that makes us feel good, and that fuels us.
When I’m not blogging you’ll find me Dietitian-ing (that can be a word, right? Doing Dietitian things?), watching movies with my film-obsessed husband, spending time outdoors, and on occasion knitting.
